Process

Every project is meticulously planned and implemented. It’s a way of working that ensures our briefs are always insightful, dynamic and inspiring, our creativity can truly flourish, and we can deliver faultlessly every time. As a result, our clients enjoy a service that is as robust as it is responsive.

A project would normally have four distinct stages.

Discovery
We begin every project by asking questions. We want to know the whats, whys, whos and whens. This allows us to gain a thorough understanding of the project’s scope, its objectives and target audience. We can then agree a set of outputs and a timetable for delivery.

Planning
Here we collate and analyse our learning helping us to clearly plan the project. We then present our recommended strategy - combining a rational, analytical approach with a creative leap of thought. Working closely with our client and their stakeholders to reach agreement, understanding and buy-in.

Creative
With the agreed strategy as a platform we produce creative solutions that bring the project to life. Presenting initial routes for client feedback and, through open engagement and discussion, developing them until a chosen route is agreed.

Implementation
Bringing together the strategy and creative onto the chosen outputs. We work with our partners to ensure attention to detail and quality. Closely managing the project to ensure we deliver on time and within budget.
